Whole Wheat Lasagna
So we’re trying to eat healthier in my house.
It’s been interesting (and by interesting, I mean not really very interesting at all), because nothing really tastes as good. People try and tell you that it does, with the right seasonings and such…but don’t let them fool you, it doesn’t.
With that said, I will tell you that it doesn’t have to taste completely boring.
Last night I made a vegetable lasagna with hodgson mill whole wheat lasagna. I used the recipe on the back of the box, (which honestly was a bit disappointing, it wasn’t bad, but could have been much better in my opinion). The noodles however, were as good as any “regular” dried lasagna from a box. If you’re trying to eat more whole grain in your diet, (which you should definitely be doing) give this a try in your next lasagna.
