I made a frittata for the first time this past weekend. It turned out great! I always thought a frittata would taste just like an omelet, but it’s really not even close. Definately worth a try.

I haven’t made this recipe in a while. I think it’s about time to break it out again.
While I’m thinking about it though, I typed it up and posted it in the soups and salad section.
