New Recipe: Frittata

I made a frittata for the first time this past weekend. It turned out great! I always thought a frittata would taste just like an omelet, but it’s really not even close. Definately worth a try.

Good Eats Baked Potato

Along with the steak tonight, we baked potatoes, using the recipe from Alton Brown’s “Good Eats”.
If you are still baking potatoes in aluminum foil, you should give this recipe a try. I think it’s a lot better.

New Recipe: Outdoor Grilled Steaks

I’m grilling steaks tonight for dinner.

The recipe (or more accurately, the technique) I use for grilling steaks on the grill out on the deck has been added to the Main Dishes section.
It’s hard to beat a nice thick t-bone. And the dogs suddenly love me every time I do this.
